Lessons in Home Preserving
Based in Aurora, OR, the good jar provides canning classes that are approachable for canners at any stage. Each month we offer a “good jar of the month” and walk you from start to finish through the canning process. Classes run approx. three hours.
The garden is planted and our first classes of the year have been a lot of fun. This summer’s classes provide something for canners of all skill levels.
We are still offering beginner classes and have added a few advanced classes, plus some interesting events such as our Bread Making and Blueberry-pepper jam in July and our Oktoberfest Party in September.
